Been there. Done that. Homeschool.
Last year, my boys had to go to a "good" private school while I was sick for several months. Good social situation. HORRIBLE academic situation. I've spent this year repairing the damage from last year! Then I'll spend next year catching up for this year! I suppose I should be thrilled to escape with a correctable situation.
